We are excited to share the successful completion of an on-site technical service mission by our engineer to a Chilean customer’s factory, where a complete EPS production system has been installed—including EPS recycling machine, EPS block production line, and EPS packing machine.

To ensure smooth installation and stable production, our engineer provided comprehensive technical guidance covering machine setup, operational training, safety checks, and troubleshooting. Each section of the production line was carefully tested—from EPS bead expansion and block molding to recycling of EPS waste and final packaging.

Thanks to our engineer’s hands-on support, the customer’s team quickly mastered the operation of each EPS machine and is now running the system efficiently. The factory is now capable of producing EPS foam blocks while minimizing material waste and packaging products in a streamlined process.
